1. On the left-hand side tree view control, select either the
root solution level to indicate that your changes will apply to all
projects, or one of the projects if you wish to affect a specific
project.
2. Select either the "Compiler" or "Linker" tab to choose which of
the tool command lines you wish to override.
3. To add an additional command line option, type the option as it
would appear in the command line in the "Add the following
switches" box.
4. To remove a command line option, type the option as it would
appear in the command line in the "Remove the following switches"
box.
Note that several space-separated command line options may entered in each box.
