Create toolbar on Add-in initialization

When checked, running eVC4.0 for the first time after the Add-in has been installed will force creation of the IncrediBuild toolbar in the IDE.

Create keyboard shortcuts on Add-in initialization

When checked, running eVC4.0 for the first time after the Add-in has been installed will define the default keyboard shortcuts to IncrediBuild commands in the IDE.

eMbedded Visual C++ 4.0 Integration Recovery

Fix Toolbar - This button will add an IncrediBuild toolbar to the eVC4.0 IDE.
Fix Menu - This button will add an IncrediBuild menu to the eVC4.0 IDE.
  • If the IncrediBuild toolbar is not displayed in the eVC4.0 IDE, the reason could simply be because it is currently hidden. Before using the "Fix Toolbar" button, right-click anywhere in MSVC's toolbar section and verify that all listed toolbars beginning with the word "Toolbar" are checked.
  • The "Fix Menu" command can only be run when eVC4.0 is not running, and therefore cannot be used when invoking the Agent Settings dialog from the Microsoft eVC4.0 IDE.
  • The "Fix Toolbar" command can only be run when the Agent Settings Dialog is invoked from the "Agent Settings" command in the eVC4.0 IncrediBuild menu.
